Schedule Change Process

25/26: Schedule Change Request Google Form

Must use school email to fill out form

Schedule changes will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. You are missing a core class or graduation requirement.

  2. You are placed in the wrong course level.

  3. You do not meet the minimum requirement of eight class periods.

  4. You require a support class (e.g., study hall, credit recovery).

Schedule change requests will be denied if:

  1. You forecasted for the class but have since changed your mind.

  2. You are requesting a different teacher.

  3. You want to drop a year-long course.

  4. You are requesting a period change for convenience or to be with friends.

Process:

  • Submit the schedule change form with a detailed explanation of your request.

  • Continue following your current schedule in StudentVUE until you receive an official update from the counseling office.

  • The scheduling team will review your request and contact you by phone or email if additional information is needed.

  • You will be notified through your school email once a decision has been made.

Additional Notes:

  • You must attend and participate in your assigned classes until an approved schedule change is finalized. Failure to attend will result in missed work, for which you are responsible.

  • Year-long courses will not be dropped unless there are extenuating circumstances. These cases will be reviewed by the scheduling team in consultation with an administrator.
